This site is operated by FLIPFIX LLC d/b/a Front Page Commerce (“Front Page Commerce,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through madefrontpage.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers about your business (such as monthly revenue and traffic) when you apply or book a call.
SMS consent: whether you agreed to receive text messages, and the date, time, and wording of that consent.
Automatically collected information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site (such as an ad or link), and how far you get through the application form.

How we use your information

To review your application, contact you, and schedule and hold your call.
To deliver the work you hire us for and keep you updated on it.
To send text messages, only if you opted in (see below).
To understand how the site is used and improve it.
To measure whether our advertising works.
To prevent spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on our application form, Front Page Commerce will text the phone number you provided about your application and call. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and you’ll receive one final confirmation text. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at shane@madefrontpage.com or (408) 908-8131.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following:

Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): measures visits and form completions from our ads. When you submit the application, your email address is sent to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form so the conversion can be matched to an ad. Your phone number is never sent to Meta.
Browser session storage: keeps your form answers while you fill out the application, so nothing is lost if the page reloads. It clears when you close the tab.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and control ad personalization in your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences. The site still works if you do.

Who we share information with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our business: website hosting and data storage, a form-delivery service that emails us your application, and a scheduling tool for booking calls. They may only use your information to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. The categories above exclude SMS opt-in data and consent, which are never shared with any third party.

Data security and retention

The site runs over encrypted HTTPS connections. Your information is stored with reputable hosting providers, and access is limited to Shane Nguyen and the people who need it to do the work. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. We keep application records until you ask us to delete them, or as long as needed for our business and legal obligations.

Your rights

Ask what personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete it.
Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Opt out of email from us at any time by asking.

Email shane@madefrontpage.com to make a request. We’ll respond within 30 days and won’t treat you differently for using these rights. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we honor them.

Children

This site and our services are for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
